We value your commitment and our refund policy reflects the nature of our service-based business. By enrolling in any course at PTE Training Sydney, you acknowledge and accept the following refund terms:

No Refund Policy
  • All payments made towards any course, private coaching session, or mock test are non-refundable.
  • This includes partial payments, installment payments, or discounted packages.
Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Course cancellation by PTE Training Sydney due to unforeseen reasons
How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions above, you must:

  • Notify us via email within 3 days of the transaction
  • Provide proof of payment and explanation of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 7 working days.

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Personal reasons
  • Change in schedule or availability
  • Change of mind after attending trial class or partial sessions
Make-Up Classes

In the event of a missed session due to trainer unavailability, we will reschedule or offer a make-up class at no additional cost.
